What this is

Morning Ballers Club is a private, recreational pickup basketball group that plays at FFC Union Station in Chicago, IL, Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:00am. Members can choose to get text messages about upcoming games. These terms cover those texts.

What you'll get

• A reminder the evening before each game asking whether you're playing, with a link to answer.
• A heads-up when at least 10 players have said they're in, and another if the count drops below 10.
• Cancellation notices, for example when the gym is closed.
• Occasional short updates from the group's organizers.

Expect up to about 10 messages a week. Texts are never used for advertising or marketing.

How you sign up

You opt in by checking an unchecked box on our join page, or the same box shown the first time you open your personal member link. The box reads: "Text me Morning Ballers Club game reminders and updates (up to about 10 a week). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel."

Agreeing to texts is not a condition of joining or playing. Members who don't opt in can still use the site to mark themselves in or out.

Cost

We don't charge for these texts. Message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts. You'll get one confirmation and nothing after that. Reply START to sign back up.

Help

Reply HELP to any message, or email kentegan@att.net.

Delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery isn't guaranteed, so the site is always the most up-to-date place to check who's playing.

Privacy

How we handle your number and other details is described in our Privacy Policy. Your mobile number and text opt-in are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

Changes

If these terms change, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
