Morning Ballers Club is a private, recreational pickup basketball group at FFC Union Station in Chicago, IL. This page explains what we collect through morningballersclub.com and our text messages, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your name and mobile number, which you or the organizer enter when you join.
• Whether you're in or out for each game, and how many guests you're bringing.
• Messages you post in the group chat.
• A record of your text message consent: whether you agreed, when, and the exact wording you agreed to.
• A cookie that keeps you signed in on your phone, plus basic technical details (browser type and IP address) recorded when you submit the join form.

How we use it

Only to run the group: showing members who's playing, sending the game texts you've agreed to, and letting the organizers manage the roster.

Who can see it

Other members see your name, your in/out answers and your chat messages. Only the organizers can see phone numbers.
